Test This community welcomes both dogs and cats, with a 2-pet maximum per household. Each pet must weigh 40lbs or less at full maturity. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $250, and monthly pet rent of $25 are required. Emotional support animals and service animals are not considered pets and are accepted in accordance with Federal Fair Housing laws.
